Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales programs provided for General Managers semiannually, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty programs as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further training through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better offer a complete education to our technical workforce.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, tools, and framework for managing a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this program we go over heating and cooling industry basics, what drives people to purchase, calling skills, scripts, customer purchasing indicators, and controlling customer objections.

Dispatcher

  • No formal courses offered. As needed training conducted by the General Manager and appropriate staff at center level.
